To increase production capacity and provide capital improvements, Kerry Ingredients, Inc. contracted J. Cumby Construction to Expand their Liquid Smoke manufacturing plant in Monterey, TN. Included in the scope was the construction of a new truck scale, a replacement of the truck ramp, dump, and hopper structures, a sawdust storage silo, various improvements to site structures, significant soil remediation, and four new building structures to include, an electrical building, control room, burner equipment building, and wet storage tank building.
