The Jobe/Murphy Residence Hall Upgrade was a complete renovation of two dorm facilities on the campus of Tennessee Technological University. Renovations included a completely new mechanical system with new units in each room, all new flooring and paint throughout, new doors and hardware throughout, renovation of the shared bathroom/shower facilities, and the creation of new spaces for 'study' and 'TV' rooms. Upgrades to access security, internet capability (Wi-Fi in all areas of the buildings), and cable television access were also incorporated in the project. Lastly, upgrades to the sprinkler system and other life safety aspects of the buildings were completed.
