The Oakland Wastewater Treatment Plant capacity expansion consists of construction of two new sequencing batch reactors (SBR), sludge digester, new headworks, new splitter box, and new effluent pumps. Additionally, portions of the plant will be renovated including the existing sequencing batch reactor (SBR) and sludge digester.
