New construction of an elevated boiler room to reconfigure the heating/cooling and hot water generation for the existing Hooper Eblen Basketball Arena and TTU Fitness Center. This compete renovation of these systems takes these two large buildings off the Tennessee Tech University campus wide steam plant and puts them on their own isolated system. The new room fits very neatly between the two existing buildings and is accessed from the Fitness Center side only. The design and construction work together to make the elevated building appear to fit in seamlessly as if it were part of the original buildings.
